No Cash Refund Policy

Please note that Floweret does not offer any cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we provide a flexible exchange policy — if you face any issue with your purchase, you may exchange the product within the same budget range.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It must be in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact
  • A system-generated invoice and proof of purchase must be provided
Parcel Receiving & Opening Policy
  • Please record an unboxing video while opening your parcel to ensure proof of the item’s condition at delivery
  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with
  • Immediately inform the delivery rider or contact our customer support
Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom products (stitched, altered, or personalized)
  • Shrinked fabrics
  • Sale items
  • PRET / Ready-to-Wear (RTW)
  • Shawls, stoles, and scarves
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or other stores

If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before requesting an exchange.

Exchange Claim Process

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: floweretonline@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Registered name
    • Contact number
    • Reason for exchange
  3. Attach clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Provide an exchange shipping label, and
  • Share instructions on how and where to return the parcel

⚠️ Note: Items sent back without official exchange approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Notification & Balance Adjustment

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your exchange will be processed
  • If there is a price difference in your favor, a store voucher will be issued for future use
